No. Thumb Ratings On each piece of your content, other users can either give it a thumbs up, or a thumbs down. Thumb Power = User's Level / 2 For example: If a Level 30 user gives you a thumbs up on your comment, you will get +15 on its rating. If he rated you down, you would get -15 on your rating.
